Banana Maple “Nice” Cream

Ingredients

  1. 1 cut-up frozen banana

  2. 1 teaspoon maple syrup (can adjust for taste)

  3. Optional for texture: your milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Slice one banana and put it in a freezer-safe container to freeze for at least 24 hours.

  2. Add frozen banana and maple syrup to a blender or food processor. Pulse blender until it begins to blend together (you will probably have to scrape down the sides of the blender between blending).

  3. If it is not mixing together into a creamy, ice cream consistency, add a tiny bit of milk (really just like ½ a teaspoon at a time) until it starts to combine. If you want more of a hard ice cream feel you can put it back in the freezer for a bit.

  4. Top with chocolate chips, nut butter, seeds, fruit, or whatever you want!
